Base and rings mounted, 40 rounds also come with gun 20 federal and 20 winchester. No case or sling. I am working on getting updated pictures without the scope. The rifle had 60 rounds used to zero in the scope and on the hunting trip. I killed 2 mule deer at over 300 yds with it, a couple of white tails, cleaned it, then stored it in my safe.
