thanks all! i thought it looked a bit like a FNC as well.

I think i may go a different route for the buffer tube stock assembly. I am thinking about making a steel buffer tube that will be welded to the reciever and have a butt plate welded to it to act as a stock (think sten stock). figured this isnt going to be a tacticool cqb mall ninja gun but just something weird that i made in my spare time so why not.
