    Part of me says GOOD! Part of me says two wrongs don't make a right. Maybe illegal aliens can come out and protest this bill, that would be a hoot.

    If we're (the various states that are already thumbing their noses at federal law) going to do it with marijuana (to which there is no expressed constitutionally protected right), this is a no brainer. I'm all for it.

    I would love to see someone try to arrest federal law enforcement for violating federal law...thereby violating federal law themselves...

    Who wins? Hint- the guy with the Constitution and case law on their side....which ain't West Virginia.
