I'd say call a local retail store and ask the manager if you could get some boxes from shipping. We recycle or toss about 40 boxes a week at my shop, but I doubt you'd want to come all this way for cardboard..

Try your local lowes. Just go and ask for some. I give them out all the time. I work at the one in brownsburg and could save you some if you are in the area.

Hay try going to the grocery store and ask for banana boxes
    they are great boxes. :D
Agreed on the banana boxes. kroger, marsh, and wally world all give them away. They are good boxes, only one draw back..you can not collapse them to get more in a truck/car.

In my perpetual vagabond days I had great luck with shoe stores. Rogan's has a corrugated recycle bin out back they will let you pull the collapsed boxes out of. No food smell, all uniform size, the right size for moving, and made to protect a dozen shoeboxes on the slow boat from china. When done break them back down and put them in the dumpster of the shoe store in your new town.

check out the craigslist free section, people who just moved are always giving them away. I got 40+ boxes free from someone who had moved, and was unpacking.

I refuse to pay for boxes, that's too easy :)

can always post a wanted add on there too. . .
