According to this and a few other articles:

Experts Say Expect Big Delay with Income Tax Refunds | fox4kc.com

The IRS delayed receiving returns to 31 January. Well it's nearly 6 February now and I still haven't received notification my return has been received.

Hmmmmm....lot of fiscal irresponsibility going on in DC. Big surprise.

Yup, mine is delayed due to one of my credits. They said they aren't accepting it yet, and will notify me when they do.

I owe Indiana, so I won't pay them until April 15th.

Ive never got more than 40 bucks back. I always owe. Thats what you get for being slightly over the poverty line. Maybe I should stop working all together.. Mother gubment will take care of me. As long as I insist on working, I can go **** myself.

I always love these threads. I don't get a tax return because I manage my exemptions so I break even or owe, instead of giving Uncle Sam and interest free loan. It amazes me how many people get thousands of dollars back and instead of saving it or paying off debt there rushing out to blow it.

I have to see if I'm able to deposit money into my already existing CD. If not I'll probably buy an upper (if I can find one at a reasonable price) for my ar lower I completed earlier today :D. If I have enough I'm going to file my forms for SBR.

Was thinking a new .450 upper, but with the prices as they are that is pretty much out of the question. Then I was thinking about getting some reloading stuff since I have been wanting to start doing that, but again prices and availability knock that off too. So gun safe or get my truck fixed.
