Have fun & be a good sport.

    Keep working to improve.

Figure out a way to practice without getting tennis elbow stuff.

Sometimes just go and shoot because it is fun to shoot.

Make B class in both Single Stack and Limited.
    Shoot some major matches.
Be High Overall at local matches in whatever division I am shooting.
Pick up the pace and shoot a lot faster.

    MOAR shooting!

sorry, had to do that. Seriously, more shooting though.

Multiple practices per week (dry fire / drills)
Shoot weekly (2x if I can pull it off)
    GSSF competition
Shoot at Silver Creek at least twice (USPSA)
Improve USPSA Classification by 2 (we can hope!)
    Receive training (private and RO)

    Nothing like ambition, right?

My son who shoots highpower with me, earned his distinguished badge this year at the ripe age of 16!
I would like to get my first leg points and also earn my NRA master classification.

Congratulations to your son. He is on the Illinois team?

What is holding you back from making Master? Slow fire or rapid fire?

Sadly, EIC points don't go to anyone not shooting Master level scores. That is just the way it is since the AR15 took over Highpower.

I just started attending FNS and would like to try USPSA. Acquire what is needed for 3 gun and at least shoot a match. Try any other shooting competition I can find. Doubt it will happen next year but I would like to attend a training class.

might as well just quote my goals from last yr and have another go at them.... only 1/2 successful on the last one (no practice all winter prior to Prod/SS/rev = fail, finally some practice prior to IN Section = success).

    - shoot a level III (been since '10)
    - shoot more than 5k rounds
    - double the number of 3-gun matches shot (ie, two)
    - top 5 in the two IN section matches

    I'll add:
    - get classified in Limited division.

kinda sad only one of those is results based. Rest are goals to "do stuff."

Look at Coach's classes. He holds several different kinds around several areas of the state. I have learned quite a bit from him, they are fun and you get to shoot a lot of rounds!

    1. Load ammo so I'm not playing catch up though out the year
    2. Dry fire practice
    3. R.O. more
    4. Try to learn something from the master class shooters
    5. Dry fire practice some more!

Not get lost on a COF. Shoot the Alabama Section. Be better than I was last year. Get my N320 loads set up in .45, .40 and 9mm. Load a metric ****ton of ammo this winter. Shoot my brand new George Huening built .22 1911 a BUNCH this winter.
