Haven’t started yet, but “Dracula” on Netflix, is on my watch list. I expect it to be good because the show is created by Steven Moffat. (Sherlock, Doctor Who) Initial comments I’ve seen from those who have seen it range from “very, very good” to “awesome.”

Watched it last night. It was pretty good. The ending was odd.

The sounds and sights of the space ship engines burning is cool but yes, that bugged me a bit too.
I need to go back and watch S1 & S2 again. I watched a lot of S3 before starting S4.

It may not be the writing, per se, but "candy" for the audience.

May have referenced it earlier, but we are enjoying The Messiah. My wife has been out watching it on me so I need to go back and see a few other episodes again.

Was prowling Prime last night for something new and stumbled over Dead Man’s Line, starring... Tony Kiritsis. What a flashback. I was a junior at Brown County High School when that happened, and I remember it, especially since Jimmy Kiritsis was in brown county (ran for sheriff IRCC). Since I was in school and had a lot of afterschool stuff, I didn’t really see much of the live coverage.

This documentary is composed of lots and lots of actual footage as the press followed Kiritsis and Hall around, Interspersed with interviews of some of the people involved, like Fred Heckman from WIBC, Some of the Law enforcement, and some of the lawyers.

hint: when you get close to the end and it appears the credits are going to roll, hang with it for a few more minutes because there’s actually two or three more interviews.

Interesting bit of history If you grew up in Indiana in those days. even if you didn’t it’s worth watching for a view of the 70s in Indy. Haircuts! Ties! Porn ‘stashes! Cops with revolvers and exposed triggers. Mike Ahern with his helmet haircut.

Just thinking back to the final seasons of Sherlock - how gay is Dracula?

Watched "6 Underground" last night on Netflix. Good film, main dude is the guy that plays Deadpool, and his character has pretty much the same attitude...

Ryan Reynolds. . cool, I like him. Will have to check this one out.

Watched The Irishmen over the last coupe days. I thought it was pretty good, not as good as Goodfellas but good.

    Documentary on Amazon prime, "Jacob".
I've known people who are high functioning, scary smart but this guy is mind blowing.

    From the description:
"He's a doctor, a lawyer, a bioethicist, a college professor, a licensed New York City tour guide, a poet, a playwright, an award-winning novelist, a devoted son and a true friend. In this upbeat documentary profile meet the most prolific, most accomplished, least boastful person in America. Brilliant and humble, that's him, alright. That's Jacob Appel."

Plus he is very libertarian leaning.

***I think the reason I like it is because even though they don't actually say it, everyone they interview seems to be thinking "why is it everyone in the world knows Kim Kardashian but this guy, who brings ACTUAL benefit to the world, is relatively unknown." It is refreshing to see someone with this many gifts not be motivated at all by narcissism, money, or superficial trappings.

Ive got it set on my DVR. Along with Deputy. And I tried a single episode of FBI: Most Wanted. The latter I won't be following.
