What do any of you know about the .22 Cal Winchester bolt action, made in Russia

I have been reading about this rifle, and sounds good. It is reported to be cheap, very accurate, and the finish is not very good. I am interested if it is as accurate as some report, then it could be refinished. One source said it shot as well as his target rifle costing 5 times as much.
What do you guys know about this rifle. Called Winchester 22 Wildcat bolt action.

They're not imported any longer (as the Wildcat) but they're solid guns and have a reputation for accuracy. Not a lot of aftermarket out there. I think they're still imported sporadically under the Zastava or USSG badges.
