half in $100 bills, half immediately EFT'd into my bank account. I get to take a suitcase full of clothing for each person in the house, my computers and my weapons. Other than that, one phone call to the mortgage company later and I'm outta there. If they're offering 2x or more what it's worth(not what I owe), then I'm good. We'll buy new stuff.

If it happened to me, I would be asking the question from the Hotel Room.

I would not bat an eye as I handed him the keys to the house, lawn mower and maybe even my truck, on second thought, not the truck.

Your at home one day and a car drives down the driveway.Someone gets out. Ask you if you want to sell your place? You say its not for sale. Then they offer you twice what its worth.(in cash on the spot) You decide you'll take it, but you dont have a place to stay ,or move your things too. Without looking around ,they offer you another amount of money to just walk away and leave everything.
What would you think was up? Any ideas?

It would probably be easier if I pm'd you my address.:D

If I was permitted to take my guns and a few clothes, I'd take it. I could handle living in an apt for a while. The money I'd get from the sale would allow me to build my dream home.
