I had a Gen 3 27 and now have a Gen 4 27...love them both. Best features are the construction and reliability. Does everything I could hope for and a whole lot more.
I used to put 3M deck tape (kind of like sandpaper) on my Gen 3, but the stippling on the Gen 4 works well enough for me. Any concealed weapon is a compromise, and to me the sub-compact Glocks (in 9mm or .40) gives you the best of just about everything.

Well currently I am on my way back from a weeks family vacation in Orlando FL, I have my G-27 under my seat, and a G-22 in the trunk. i could take one out and carry if I wanted too on my LTCH, but fortunatly never felt threatened at Disney, or along I-75 so far. Spending the night in Valdosta GA, back on the interstate tomorrow, home soon enough, funny, its always on my side around Indy, and locked secured for the night on a rainy night in Georgia. I do miss my other carry Glock, an old worn G-23, going right by Smyrna tomorrow too

I have carried a g22, g27, g19, g27 and g36 over the past 8 yrs. I like the g19 and g36 the best. the g19 is easy to shoot and the the g36 is easy to carry and .45. IMHO I think glock in general is a good choice. They are so easy to carry because they are thin and streamline.

Gen4 G19 here. I am the most comfortable and accurate on this handgun than the other ones I have shot.. plus it is a good weight and size. Try to shoot the ones you are looking at before buying.

    Happy hunting!

Gen 3 27, or Gen 3 23 are what I carry depending on mood, situation, etc. Most often during the summer it is the 27, in a Galco King Tuk IWB that works with any of the Glocks in this frame size.

I've had no issues with the Gen 3 40's.

I just recently picked up a Gen 3 19 and I'm working some bugs out of it currently.
