What gun do you wish they would make?

Sorry to diverge from the guns, but an important topic is support and accessories for existing guns.
I bought a S&W M&P a few years back and loved it. My new love however is my recent purchase of
a Mod 2 S&W MP. Besides the greatly improved trigger, I'm crazy about the the new grip texture.
I can not however, find a source from S&W or others, to replace the relatively smooth grip panel on my
first model with a second model enhanced grip.
Anybody else have this gripe?

Take a soldering iron to a spare palm panel. They melt fast so be careful not to burn through it. I recommend a flat tip from a wood burning iron, as just poking it will burn completely through it. I did this on a 1st gen mp 9l that I wish I wouldn't have sold.

Something to cause Colt revolvers to come down in price. I'd like to enjoy the Python/Anaconda/Diamondback but unless I'm willing to unload my bank account for them it doesn't look like that will happen.

Mini-14 that runs en bloc stripper clips of 5.56.

Repro M1 carbine in a more relevant and available caliber.

Modern, lightweight lever action carbine fed by AR or AK mags.

Reproduction Mauser C96 for modern 9x19 loads.

Model 53 Smith and Wesson with:

.22 Jet Cyl.
.22 Long Rifle Cyl.

Yeah, you don't have to screw around with the .22 LR cartridge-type adapters that way. And PPU is making .22 Jet, so ammo availability is not a reason for the gun makers to ignore the caliber.

If there hadn't been an import ban, the Chinese would be doing that right now. Right before the ban, they made a small run. I have no doubt that production would have continued if there had not been a ban. Slick Willy screwed more than just AKs and ammo with his Chinese import ban.
