What happened to this calculator?

I used to use this site all the time, it's the best one I've found, but something has happened and now you can't get the instructions out of the way so you can use the calculator.

I've tried several different computers and it works the same on all of them.
I haven't found another ballistics computer as good as this one.
I wonder what's happened to it?

You can input the information but you can't get to the calculate button to make it work.

Works on my desktop PC. Does not work on my iPhone. Have the same problem you seem to have. The developer needs to update the framing or something in the backend programming for the display to make it iPhone friendly.

You're right. For the slower computer users it may be necessary to unplug the Ethernet cable and plug in the UnderWire to obtain the proper support. If they turn purple you are doing it wrong.

It looks like they had a big "archiving" event in March 2014. There are active threads in their forums though.

I can get to the "calculate" button on my Android phone but the far right side of the results table is cut off. Maybe someone needs to start a post in their Site Support forum.

My success was with a Windows 7.

My failure was sharing my calculator joke with my wife. She did not find the same humor that I did with calculator jokes in high school. She would not show me her 5318008 and just rolled her eyes at me.

I could probably make you a more modern version of this that would work on just about any device. Maybe I'll play with it tomorrow.

I suspected as much but wanted to be helpful if you were having a "covey of quail" moment.

We used to do the "Shell Oil" trick on our TI-30 red led calculators.

Hi, well that makes the ballistic coefficient calculator usable but I still cannot get to the calculate button for bullet trajectory and graph.
But I'm presently on an Android device, let me try the Win XP and Win 7 version and see how it behaves.
