What happens after the 60 days are up to grant or deny ltch?

Where is your application? Did you mail it to ISP or did you leave it for the local CLEO to mail?
If you sent it, contact ISP to make sure they received it, if the local CLEO, contact them to see if it's been signed off and sent. (I've heard stories of them being buried on Sheriffs desks)

You call them up and say, "Hey....it's been 60 days, what's up?" They say, "We are low on manpower and it's gonna take a little longer than 60 days, but we will get to it." You say, "But the law says you only have 60 days." They say "So what....we don't have the manpower and there is nothing YOU can do about it anyway."

(This is word for word what happened when I applied and called them after 60 days)

Shut up, go away, we'll get to it when we get to it.

    Typical government worker crapola.

Oh.....it DID show up about 30 days later.
