I changed EDC pistols and holsters more than my underwear it seemed for a while. Then I bought a Kimber Ultra II in 9mm paired with a Mitch Rossen holster and never looked back. When it comes time to replace it, I will no doubt buy another compact Kimber. Maybe a .45 this time around.

    Glock 23c since 2001
    Kel-Tec P-11 (on rare occasion)

Now I'm seriously considering putting THE Glock back in the tupperware and going with a 1911. :runaway:

minimum 2 months and primary sidearms only.

    CZ40B for maybe 5 months
Springfield Loaded 1911 for many years.
Beretta M9 (issued gun) for 2 years.
Springfield Loaded again for about a year.
Glock 22 (Issued gun) for about 6 years.
    Sig P220, current.

I also routinely wear a revolver, but its not my "primary sidearm" over the long term. I've also rotated backup guns until settling on the LCR.

    Ruger GP100 .357 (2 years)
Ruger SP101 .357 (6 years...and still carry it when out on the farm or while cycling)
    Glock 23 .40 (2 years...purchased on 9-11)
Colt 1991A1 Compact .45 (6 months...just too heavy for comfort)
    Glock 32 .357SIG (5.5 years)
    Glock 23 .40 Gen II (3 years)

Unfortunately, we sold nearly everything we had after I lost both of my jobs within 5 days in May/June of 2009. It took about 18 months but we've started building back up...very carefully this time! The only CC gun that survived all that was the Ruger SP101!

With a Storm Lake 9mm conversion barrel, my Gen II G-23 is probably my favorite Glock pistol to shoot...it's a dad-gum tack driver!
