anyone who thinks the government won't do what it feels it has to do to maintain its control is an idiot.

on the flipside, anyone who thinks the government is all powerful and can do all evil, are also nuts.

you have to pick and choose on your theories. ask yourself how does government benefit? is it capable? for what reason would it/does it do XYZ? without some really plausible answers on these, you might as well be peeing into the wind.

It was funded at a cost of $1,000,000,000.00 a year through a one line addition in an appropriations bill [although in gobbledygook language to disguise it] but was discontinued a few years ago when someone found it and made it very public. The chemical [something to do with Aluminum] was just added to commercial jet fuel. Your tax dollars at work!
