Who doesn't like some gun porn. So send us a picture of that gun you always wanted but never got around to convincing the wife, saving enough money, getting the stamp... so on and so forth. The unattainable for me goes a little bit like this.

Especially a 12ga x 12ga with .375 H&H Magnum over .30-'06 over .22 Hornet funfling. Doesn't even have to be engraved or inlaid, though that sure would be nice.

I go to the site sometimes just to listen to the music and look at the completed guns.

    Sigh.

I got one of em, PLUM 7.62x39 got it in a SGL. When I was little playing "army" in the neighboorhood I was the one with at least 8 or 9 toy AK's, My favorite was one was missing a stock and was plum!! 25 years later i finally have the real thing...:rockwoot:

the other is a "Italian Spectre" I also had this as my back up lol.
For those who can remember that far back
Intertec Water Pistols were almost to scale It was real real hard to tell the difference in real of fake. Soon after they started making toy guns bright colors.... I would love to have the real thing today but cant seem to aquire this one..probably never will.

Money won't buy the one I will want for the rest of my life.

My parents divorced when I was 6 or 7. Four kids were too much for Mom to handle, especially in the summer, so I spent a lot of time at my grandparents' house. I even stayed an entire summer with them once. Some of my favorite childhood memories are shooting Grandpa's old lever action 22. When Grandpa passed his guns were split between his two sons (Mom and her three sisters were not interested). When Grandma passed my uncle with the 22 swindled the estate away from his siblings. I can't stand the sight of him, but I would gladly pay several times over its market value simply for its sentimental value.

Having been in a similar situation, maybe it's time to make an attempt at amends. Even if it's just to get the 22, which means so much to you, and will let the fond memories of your Grandfather live on. Good Luck!:yesway:

After seeing these in the 90's, I developed a HUGE respect. When something can computer acquisition a target, fire and kill it more accurately on the run, than standing still, that's my type of gun. I always marveled the 120mm smoothbore was more accurate than the 105mm rifled bore cannon.

I always wanted a FA AK. I have no problem with the wife, and can afford it, just spending $15K on a gun is a big turn off for me.
