Been lusting after a Lotus lately. Maybe an Exige?

But, told my wife, if I can ever swing a Unimog DoKa, I'd be daily-driving it

1970 Buick GSX Stage 1 My dad's best friend had this exact same car, but sadly passed away before I got a chance to go for a ride in it. I know he paid well over $100,000 for it. It was all original.

I used to be into "dream cars"...now I dream about what I can actually get. My 15 year-old-son thinks I'm boring.

So right now, my thoughts on a "dream truck" are rotating between a 2019 and newer Silverado (6.2L would be nice, but 5.3L has never let me down), a 2018 or newer Titan, a 2018 or newer Tundra and possible a 2018 or newer F-150 (5.0L), 'cause that F-150 depreciation on the used market makes them comparatively inexpensive.

    Yeah....boring.

As an aside, if you like Vettes, you have to go to the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. I went in July. It was fantastic!

Did you see the Hendricks IMSA GTP Corvette on display when you were there.
    I worked on that team.

    Not the best pic....

Back in the '80s, you could pick up decent E-Types for under $10,000. Now, correct that for inflation and multiply by 10.

My dream car, if I ever win an obscene amount in the lotto, is probably a full-sized limo bus, with a driver in the front, a bathroom and shower in the back, and something approximating my living room (that is to say, my post-lotto-win living room) in between. Think interior of Gulf Arab nation private jet. I'm tired of driving myself.
