I have always wanted a Ppsh-41 for some odd reason, the real FA deal & not some neutered semi-auto version.

PPSH-41 would be 2nd choice, with +P 7.62x25mm ammo. This weapon would be very formidable in house clearing, meeting engagements. This ammo can still penetrate most if not all conventional body armor (no plates though). Mosinowner I love the standard mosin too, just too many choices!

Had to throw this in there, a new one.

Can this potentially turn into an AK status thread???
Right now Im holding mine watching "sniper" series on Netflix.
Im gonna sleep with this rifle tonight.:bacondance:Gonna have to kick the wife outta the bed to make some room.
Then im gonna dream about the day I own my very own Tiger or SVD....

While I own a Mosin and don't own an AK I still voted for the AK. Like the Mosin there have been a bunch of these made. I think the AK is considered the most prolific rifle ever made. I also remember a guy on a show talking about which weapon would be his choice If he was dropped of in the middle of no where and could only have one weapon. He said it would be the AK, because it always worked. That came from his experience of leaving one in a locker for six months and the bolt rusted shut. He squirted it with WD40 kicked the bolt open worked it a few times and then went to the range and shot it without any trouble.
