    Now at (12454 rep points)/(5360 messages) = 2.324 rep points/message.

I'm clawing my way out of the basement!

Looks like I've received rep from people with huge rep point totals since my last report!

    13.3 and some change.

I thought I made a math error until I got to the latter pages.

Would be interesting, in that completely nerdy, OCD kind of way to weight the post count by which forums are posted in and how many different ones.

Or perhaps only count posts that received rep, weighting those posts that received multiple reps more highly.

And we shouldn't forget to toss the outliers--one word responses, simplistic answers to questions that don't require critical though (i.e. "Yes, I'll bring the bacon-wrapped hors d'oeurves to the trauma class." Though in hindsight, that might actually garner more rep from some members that a well-thought out opinion on the relationship between the doctrine of mutually assured destruction and the NORK's likelihood of saying "the hell with it.")

Oh the possibilities (can you tell I'm a nerd?)
