Just added another to the work list......yard cleanup. We had nasty storms and winds yesterday evening. Had one tree split and fall onto the neighbors fence and a big branch fell on the hood of my truck. This puts off my wife and I going fishing today.
I spend most of my summer months playing in the dirt (vegetable garden and LOTS of flowers) and fishing. We cleaned 27 bluegill yesterday, and hubby just left to go with a friend today. I'll probably go with him on Monday if the weather forecast doesn't change.
Ahhhhhhh. Bluegill and/or, crappie fish fry`s are the best! A boatload of fun gathering the fixings for dinner too!
So sorry to hear about your truck!!!!!!! How badly is it damaged?
The creek tamed himself over the long weekend. Was finally able to get down with the bush hog and reclaim my bottoms. Getting my food plot ready for a mid-June corn planting. Battling the creek is a task. Luckily this time I only had to clean out the crossing and remove one drift pile.
I have a little more to plan for this year. Just received my Non-Resident Colorado Mule deer tag in the mail today.
