    You need to check with police because what if it's a stolen or firearm used in a crime? Call in and have the weapons serial number checked out.

    I would turn in the serial numbers and a make model to the police. Provide contact info and sit on it tell someone valid claims it. Others wise its just gonna be a free gun to someone at the police post.
