This guy right here...Got it at age 17 from Dad for graduation from the High School of Hard Knocks...That little podunk trophy I won with that gun in my first (and Southern Indiana's first as far as I know) Bowling Pin Match in the summer of 1982....Skinny ties, the Talking Heads, and Mullets.......

Smith and Wesson Model 28-2, with a trigger job and a red insert added...Still got it but she wears stag now and is semi-retired...Kind of like me...:)

AMT Automag II with the 3.5" barrel. Rather finicky with fte, but .22 magnum at dusk out of that short barrel is a sight to see.

Bought a Lorcin .380, thing was huge for a .380. Thought it was the biggest POS possible.....traded it in for a Jennings arms .25. That gave it a run for its money. I guess the 1st real handgun I bought was a Glock 23. The other 2 didn't constitute handguns on account they really didn't fire.

My first handgun was a G21sf I bought from a LEO off of Armslist. What people must have thought seeing two guys messing with guns in the trunk of a cop car at a truck stop

J C Higgins, 9 shot, 22 caliber revolver. Given to me by an elderly lady.

She was awakened one night while her husband was standing over her threatening her with the gun.
He was in the early stages of dementia. She told me to do whatever I wanted to with it.

No interesting history with mine, but the second I was of age and legal, I went straight to Fetlas in Valparaiso and picked up my early 3rd gen Glock 22.

Man I miss Fetlas... Anyone else remember Fetlas? It was like Christmas morning every time I walked in there... :crying:
