Raspberry pop tarts. I know they would not be essential but missed very quickly.

Seriously the feminine hygiene products. Being a man never really gave it much of a thought.

Ya'll need to grow up in the hills of WV, you wouldn't give it a second thought. Ever wonder why they call it "on the rag?"

True story, that may betray just how far up in the hollers I come from: One day my Mom was shopping with Grandma. Decided to buy her some Stayfree pads as a treat, since Grandma usually used, and washed, rags. Now, bear in mind, my family was one of the poorest families, from one of the poorest counties, in one of the poorest states in the Union. Money that didn't have to be spent simply wasn't. Turns out Grandma didn't have a clue what Stayfree pads were and asked Mom, real loud, "What are these for, do you eat them?" Mom about died! LMAO!!!

Post what you have the least of.....or the first items to run out

    1. milk
    2. meds for my wife limited to 3 months
    3. lady stuff-
    4. Doctor Pepper

Depends on the degree of the SHTF ,
Milk first, gas second then medicine third.

On the medicine, I'm thinking of going by the process of mail order, and at one time I thought I read I could get 6 months supply if I did that, need to check up and see of that is still available.

Casual friendships with idiot neighbors. My biggest worry is my hungry neighbors who will likely have more cigarettes than packcake mix if things get real bad.

Nothing since your local high school will be converted with FEMA supplies. Free health check up and a resuply of your meds, bottle water, MREs at first, followed a few day later by hot meals, and new cloth and soap to wash @ home.
    Ya worry too much.

Now if you don't like the free gov. supplies you can join the newly formed gangs of thugs that will sprout up and just rob whatever you may need.

A Mouth is a Terrible Thing to Run.

    Graves sights.
I have had to many people tell me, "if SHTF I'm coming to your place!"
I figure for every five who has said it to me there will be thousand show up wanting a hand out and the herd thinning will begin.

My seemingly endless tolerance of weakness and incompetence.

Seriously though, Probably baby diapers. I'm not looking forward to hand cleaning out diaper rags in a bucket. :n00b:
And since my garden is small, and I have no experience in canning/jarring, I'm going to have to make do with few fresh fruits and veggies. :dunno:
