This this...... Defintitely the jericho 941, of course I am biased in this because its my fav and my EDC.

Oh and fyi, the desert eagle was designed by Magnum research and produced by IMI ( currently named IWI ) so technically it is not a jewish gun, however the jericho 941 is, its also a common misconception that magnum makes the "Baby Eagle" when in fact the baby eagle is a renamed jericho for marketing purposes. I better quit now or I will staty rambling........

    Bingo.

Jericho with the Desert Eagle under his robe. Beat me to it.

The whole question is messed up.
Is the question "What WOULD he have carried when he was here?"
or "What Would he carry Now?"

Makes no sense. The Son of God allowed the Romans to crucify him. He could have called down a legion of angels to defend him, but he did not.
So the question would cannot be the first.

If what Would he carry now, that's ridiculous. He's seated at the right hand of the Father.

What will be his weapon NOW? THAT's the question.

    Jesus is coming back.

"A sharp sword comes out of his mouth to strike down the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod and tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty."

    The sword represents His Word.

The one who spoke the world into being is coming back riding on a white horse, with the words "King of Kings" and "Lord of Lords" emblazoned on his thigh.
It's not going to be like the first coming. He's coming back in Power and Glory.

Actually, to directly answer the question posed by the title of this thread:
    "what would Jesus carry"
Truthfully, the only true answer would be, "a cross"

To quote from one of my favorite shows, he'd carry a Jericho 941 because he's a Jew so he'd have an Israeli gun.

At the risk of being the post that gets this thread closed, I notice am emerging pattern. Jesus' opinion on this issue seems to perfectly reflect the exact opinion of the person making the speculation. :stickpoke:

Jesus was peacefull even if he was ran off his land, smashed in the face with rocks, he would turn the other cheek,

Now Satan , well he wouldn't take that sh*+, so Satan carries an AK with a Glock as his side arm.

It says again and again that "his time had not yet come."

Jesus knew from the scriptures when, where, and how he would die. He didn't need any self-defense weapons. Until his time, nothing could touch him. Once his time came, nothing could save him. He even knew from those same scriptures that only one who followed him (Judas) would be lost.

How many of us know the time/place of our end in advance?

I guess I need to be clear. I will restate that Jesus would not carry. He allowed himself to be crucified on a cross for you and me (and at any moment could have put a stop to it).

    With that being said...

    Exodus 21:

23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,

24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

25 Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
