I don't have unlimited funds, but I find fantastic deals (and occasionally impulse buy) so I have two lowers right now that aren't built. It would be 4 but I didn't keep everything around after some upgrades.
If you can afford to build right now, buy an additional lower and whatever parts you still have the budget for towards a build.
I did that, and as I collected parts I went from one AR to- I'm not really sure lol, but more than one or two
