    "Take some chances"

    That is probably some of the best advice you could ever give someone, man I missed out on some good opportunities when younger because of fear of failure. Some other good advice would be to tell/show them what saving $100 a month will accomplish for them in their lifetime. Had someone told me that for the price of a Starbucks coffee a day I could have $1 million in the bank at 63....I would have been all over it!
