What is the point of assessing a 15 yard penalty on the kickoff when they're already kicking it out of the back of the endzone anyway? They bring the ball out to the 20 so the colts (or any team for that matter) suffer nothing. With the way they've neutered special teams with moving the kick off line forward, they may as well automatically spot the ball at the 20 every time.

Assuming you're responding to me. How many break out returns don't end in a penalty with it being brought back? It almost seems pointless.
