so ive have decided that i would to get my sister a ar 15 after i seen her looking at a few on the internet, she pretty small only 100 pounds so what would be the lightest ar 15 available? she aint going to war or anything else like that she shoots every now and then when shes in the mood, so i dont think it needs anything like a dust cover or a forward assist and i just happen to think having a gun she liked would be more encouragement to go more, and im sure she can handle the gun she shoots my mosins just fine she just can hold them up well enough to shoot, any ideas? all ive found was the bushmaster carbon 15 but it doesn't seem to accept after market stuff well and that important for here cause she likes to customize stuff. oh and no pink she hates pink.

I liked GW, but "no child left behind" my ass.
    DPMS SPORTICAL
well i guess she does want the dust cover and the FA i asked her i was impressed she knew what those parts were she said they dont look right without them. good find on the dpms it weight the same as the carbon 15 it might be just the ticket. she might have to live without the extras.

I think my 6720 is at like, 6lbs no mag. I'll put it on the scale again.

    Nope!!!
In all seriousness, most people that "race" to 50 posts are just here trying to get into the classifieds to buy/sell guns. I'm guessing since you didn't even know about the 50 post rules, you are GTG. Just don't take it personal :yesway:

I've known about this site for a while and occasionally check the marketplace however prices seem a bit higher here then other sites....I have a rule of not selling any guns also so no worries about that...
