What's your defensive loadout?

What does your defensive loadout on a normal basis look like? Obviously it may vary depending on weather, dress, where you are going and what you are doing...but in general what's it look like?

Me:
1. Glock 19
2. At least one spare mag
3. 5 in folding knife with cord/seatbelt cutter.
4. Usually a backup weapon...LCR .357 or LCP.
5. Vehicle has spare mags/BUG.

I just carry my Colt,spare 10 rnd mag and a leatherman, and a surefire.

I feel quite unprepared in comparison.

S&W MP 9mm 18 rounds of Winchester Supreme Elite PDX1 124 grain JHP.
Another 17 rounds in spare clip.
5" folding Buck knife.

I figure if I need more than 35 rounds, I am probably not going to survive anyway.....
