M14, best weapon I ever carried. Its only down fall was weight. The M16 was easier to lug around but I never liked the M16.

I'm pretty fond of my CETME. I'm not sure it would remain my favorite if price and availability weren't an issue. In that case, I'd probably pick up a Springfield M1A.

I may have to take back saying my M44 if when I hopefully go to the range tomorrow and I can shoot better with my 30-06 mauser than the M44. If that's the case then the mauser wins!!

Mosin Nagant 91/30, Scoped. Havent shot the GSG 5 yet. The tricked out 10/22 is always fun.

I'm gonna have to go with my Remington 700 30 06. Great rifle to take any medium or large game in North America. maybe a little underpowered for a grizzly but oh well. The gun might go 1000yd??!! I don't know but I can shoot it 500.

Winchester 67 that my Grandfather received for his 10th birthday in 1934 and has been passed through 4 generations currently. It's still in my safe although it belongs to my son in theory. It has very little rifling left, and no blueing. I make it a point to take at least 1 squirrel or rabbit every year with it.

I am with paperboy's choice. Remington Nylon 66. Not the best or most accurate one I have ever owned but still my favorite. (Wipes tear from eye furtively)

Ok other than a couple of mods that need done to it, my new favorite proved today to be my Golden State arms mauser in 30-06. After shooting both my M44 and it today at home at around 50 yards. I found out how much better i was hitting with the mauser and went to the elwood conservation club to use the 100 yd range. Will do range report with pics here in a sec.
