I did it again:((went near a gun shop).
Picked up a Browning Black Label 1911-380. Earlier this week, did some trading and ended up with a S&W mod 60.

I knowit's not a "real" 1911. There are those here that may even turn their nose up at that Browning. Personally I think it's a sweet little 380. I have the Rock Island Baby Rock and love it. Really would like to have the Browning as well.

I just picked up an unfired Dan Wesson 15-2 pistol pack with all the originals. Going to be hard not to shoot this thing. My next is a Smith performance center 627. It's the large frame 8-shot 357. Buying from a friend and have finally settled on a price.

I was looking at the Baby Rock, but happened to stumble across this one for a price I couldn't argue with, even included a extra mag.

Currently trying to decide between a VP9 or a M2.0. Like the way both feel, but can't decide. The girlfriend is wanting a PK380 and can't for the life of me figure out why

The PK380 is light, feels good in the hand, accurate, good sights, low recoil and easy to manipulate the slide. Only issues are the goofy safety and lack of a decocker and the reliability issues associated with .380s. My wife loved the one she had but it was so finicky with ammo we got rid of it. Other examples are not this way.

Six days ago I posted my next purchase would be a L comp or a 1911. Well guess what? The 1911 won!!!! I bought a Colt 1991 Series. All I own, up till Friday, has been revolvers and a lever action rifle. The semi-auto will be a huge change, but a pleasant one.

Been thinking about another 1911, but I want a 9mm. Looked at a Colt 1911 in 9mm and it did nothing for me at all. I picked up a CZ75 clone. Thinking that may have done it for me. I do believe it's going to be a CZ75. I had a clone some time back and sold it, this time it will be a CZ.
