I gotta say, Jimmy Carter rates near the bottom of presidents, but near the top of former-presidents. I've really been impressed over the years with how he's willing to step up and act on his ideals. I believe he has truly tried to improve the lives of people across the world, as much as he could. As former president.

Politics aside, he is a good man.

But, as noted above, if he thinks someone is a bad president, that's sayin' something.
