Looking for large handgun magnum primers. Where can I find them in central IN. I dont want to buy online and pay the haz-mat fee. I don't need 1,000 just 200-300.

I don't seem to have any proble!m finding large pistol primers. I see them in every LGS I go to.

I have never heard of lp magnum primers. Nor have i ever seen a need for one. Winchester says their large pistol primer is for standard and magnum loads...?

CCI offers both a standard and Magnum version of their large and small pistol primers. I'm not sure about Winchester though.

In my experience there can be a significant difference in my hotter 41 & 44 mag between LP and LP mag primers. I get much more unburnt powder and slower chrono with reg primers. Depends on the powder too. The loads I'm talking about I'm running H110 or Lil Gun pushing XTP's 1450+ fps

Hard to believe that there is a reloader in central Indiana who hasn't heard of Andrew and Profire by now. That would be my first choice - well worth the trip to the west side of Indy. Also, saw a lot of primers at the 1500 this time, usually around $30 per 1000.
