Ross 877 SS snubby .357M (loaded with .38 Special) to the vet with Tux, my diabetic kitty. (BTW--construction on Georgetown Rd is a ***** right now!) My vet told me her Boy Scout son is about to go for his rifle merit badge. :rockwoot:

Just dropped off a check at the Legion.
A lady I know says, "Really actaeon? Why bring a gun HERE?"
I looked at her funny, and told her I've been carrying there for 20 years.
Then the bartender told her, "This is an American Legion. A LOT of people here have guns."

OC at target on W 38th st today was a non issue. Wearing slacks and polo, even asked an employee for help and greeted the armed security guard. (Didn't buy anything from the anti-gun store)

Yesterday on State St. in Columbus. Guy in his mid-20's (guessing) on a Honda Shadow, black leather shoulder rig. Didn't see what he was carrying, just two full mag pouches on my side.

Lots of places lately with a police presence. Last few days, McDonalds in the morning for a quick breakfast before work. Usually a troupe of officers there.

Yesterday afternoon Chik-fil-a on Southport. ISP officer there was very aware of my sidearm. Didn't say anything though.

Then Ricker's this morning. Another officer next to me in line, no comment.

The Legion is CC, don't ask don't tell (as I know it anyway). Show up OC and you are asked to disarm. At the Legion of all places. :(
