There is a sandwich shop next to Shalimar (sp?) that I know you'll like.

i reccomend The Iron Skillet on 30th just east of cold spring road. its right next to Marian University. great food!! i highly suggest that you try the fried chicken as it is the best i have ever had.

If you are not from Indy, and unfamiliar with the area (the fairgrounds is not in the best part of town), Murphy's is an excellent suggestion.

I recommend Murphy's also. It's an old "Itialian Gangster" kind of place. It's very cool and does have very good food with decent prices. A good place to go and relax with good friends, good food and drink.
