I have an Arsenal SLR95 and am currently changing the thumbhole buttstock to an original. In the conversion kit i need to rivet the bottom rear tang to the receiver. i can't find any gunsmiths in the area to do the job. can anyone tell me where to get this done?

I have 2 AK kits, and a whole box of rivets (enough to do a couple hundred AK kits), and the bolt cutters to make the home-made rivet tool. I just haven't gotten around to making the rivet tool out of the bolt-cutters yet. Otherwise I could help you out.

Does your receiver have the slot for the lower tang milled already? I am having Troy at Inrange "remilitarize mine"... I am going for the AR-M1 pattern. For AK info it is hard to go wrong with "theakforum.net" they have an awesome build it yourself and Bulgrian forum.
