    I live in Indianapolis. Where is a good place to practice on a range and to take some beginner instruction?

    Atterbury is where I go to shoot my rifles. 50 and 100 yard range. 12-13 dollars for 2 hours. :D Or you can go to Don's and pay 14.50 for 30 minutes.

    I recommend getting a Ciener type kit and head over to Eagle Creek. Not a replacement for 5.56 but a nice addition that pays in the long run..

    Well, you can always get a membership to Riley CC out by Terre Haute. I believe their range goes out to 300yrds. It's really nice out there. AllenM took me and we had a blast! :ar15: You might look into that if you don't mind a 45 minute drive to TH. Just a thought.
