Which state forrest is right outside of Paragon on 67? I drive by it every day now. The sign says morgan monroe state forrest. But if I look that up online and on the DNR site it says that state forrest is over off of 37. I can see this forrest from my house, but can't seem to find out anything about it. I haven't had time to actually drive out the road to it to see what's there. Any ideas?

Here is a link to the DNR map of State Forests:
    DNR: Indiana State Forests

If you zoom in, you can see the area you describe. If you keep zooming, it eventually labels that area as "Morgan-Monroe". Must be managed out of the same office as the main forest area over on 37.

I think that is a fairly recent purchase for the state. They look like they are developing it with walking trails and the like.

Great thank you. that is almost close enough to bike ride to. It would be nice to have a park like that so close. Now if only there were any decent places to fish around there.
