So this is the Frankenrifle I ended up with and I’m happy with it. Sionics 16” midlength gas system mid weight profile barrel. Noveske black nitride+ bcg (it feels smoother than a DLC coated one I’ve used before). Seekins ambi lower. LaRue MBT-2S flat bow trigger. JP silent captured recoil spring. An old primary arms 1-6x SFP will do for now till I figure out what I want for nicer glass down the road. This is my because Biden won and I wanted a 16” carbine purchase (because let’s face it braces are about to become illegal).
