His finger is off the trigger Plus, what about just about EVERYONE else in the region who holds a gun with safety off/finger on trigger/muzzle sweep everyone? He actually seems to know how to hold a gun. Muzzle up, finger off the trigger.

What's the difference between keeping a Mosin on safe vs. a Garand on safe? Both only take one bullet to kill.

as long as its a functioning firearm, people can and will use it to kill each other. People still use revolvers that were supposedly obsolete when magazine fed weapons came along. Both work great when used properly.
