    You want global warming?

    Really?

Okay, if you really want it, here's what you do:

    1. Assemble a host of individuals with "successful lifestyle physiques" such as me.
    2. Issue a pair of corduroy trousers to each of us.
    3. Force us to go on a hike.

Global warming will most assuredly ensue.

I can't stand warm bologna sandwiches, especially if they have cheese on them. I LOVE cold bologna and cheese, or a fried balogna and cheese, which would be hot......so I really don't know where the hell I stand on this post.

Bologna is just giant hot dogs sliced thin. You don't eat hot dogs cold, do you?

It never made it to cold. I'd say -16 F to -18 F is straddling the line between "brisk" and "chilly."

It's not Officially Cold until it goes to -20 F and below.

It's cold enough that my Chevy Tahoe would not start today.
It didn't even attempt to fire.
    Thankfully, Toyota had my back.

-40 is cold in either F or C, impossible in K. I won't address the dozen or more other units.

I can do the math to prove it!

You should have held your tongue against the engine block of the Tahoe. That would have provided just enough energy to accomplish the goal.

It's up to 0° now. Tropical! I'm gonna get my swimsuit out.

What? You weren't already in it?

I took off my flip-flops (what we used to call "thongs") so I could feel the snow between my toes.

I considered a hot tub run when it was -15 but really wasn't looking forward to the run inside. Maybe tomorrow if I can get all the snow off of it and clear a path

I had to run out into 12" of snow this morning in my Birkenstocks to carry in our 25-lb Eskie. He got out to the far corner of the yard and then his paws were too cold to come back.
