I think the best way to win a fight with a naked guy, is to avoid both.

Why is it any different than if he was clothed? I was a CO for awhile. Did our best to avoid entanglements but sometimes it is impossible. Had a few encounters with resistant inmates, clothed and unclothed. Just part of the job.

One hand cuff around his junk (I think they get that small ) the other to his left wrist behind him. Then with another set of cuffs, do the other wrist the same way.

Yes it is. You know why pony tails were first worn in China. So the non submissive subjects could be grabbed by it with one hand and beheaded with the other from horseback. I believe they were mandated by Mongol rulers.

My friend works at a bank. I told her if I worked at a bank, and someone came in to rob the place, I would strip down naked. Why? No one wants to mess with a naked guy.
