What are throwing stars illegal in the state of Indiana? :dunno:

Was there a logical argument for this?
Was there a healthy debate on the topic?
Was this just an extra law hidden in a bigger bill?

As a real life law abiding ninja, this greatly concerns me.

I don't know how old you are but I was 13 when the TV series Kung Fu came out, I know in my small school alone there where a couple dozen injuries resulting from throwing stars made in metal shop. While it was silly to punish the object instead of the person causing the injuries that is often the most common solution.

That's a plausible reason I hadn't thought about. Although I don't remember any epic throwing start injuries when I was younger...

I know what I was 10 or so my slightly older (4 years) Uncle had several throwing stars/knifes that he would throw at a barn in the backyard... I was never allowed to join in with him though.
