The lovely lady asked to accompany me to the range today to try out my SIG p250.

I happily obliged.

We went to pops guns with less than an hour before closing, but we had fun. Started her off with my Colt Challenger to remind her how a pistol recoils before letting her on the SIG. Started out with the subcompact grip and slide because she finds the full-size grips too big. We switched to the full-size before too long (mostly because I enjoy shooting it more).

She has always been ok around guns, but recently has been getting behind me and my hobby more. Suddenly now she is even making noises about taking a women's pistol course.

All in all, a good range day. A box of .22, 2 boxes of 9mm, and 1 excited lady.
