When we were boar hunting my dad decided he wanted to use his compound bow. by the end of it the hog had 7 fixed blade broadheads hanging out of it and still running. He then put 11 rounds of 44mag into it from his revolver. It lied on the ground for over an hour before we put it down.

I hunted at Wilderness Lodge there in Tenn. My dad and I had a great time just ask to stay in the newer lodge so you are not right in front of the butchering buildings.

I put 3 rounds of .308 winchester silver tips in the one I shot and it took him at least 30 min to expire. All shots were in the breadbasket. I think the silver tips were zipping right thru with out expanding. Next time I will use a big heavy soft nose bullet.
