Will California Now Ban Cannons ?

Now we have a guy and his buddy killing his wife with a cannon out in the Left Coast: Calif. woman killed by cannonball fired by husband - Yahoo! News

What's up with those folks? Maybe they need to open up their guns laws so people know what they are for and how to properly handle them.
