Will painting racing stripes on bullets make them go faster?

I tried this with a Hi Point 9mm and let me tell you, it was like shooting a 10mm AND dividing by zero at the same time. I'll never be allowed at that range again as it completely demolished the backstop at the 200 yard lane. I believe it was fast enough and had enough power that it would have taken Rosie O'Donnell down even with a poor hit.

Now, a spoiler would provide a more flat trajectory. What it really needs is a nitro boost and a turbo charger.
