There are probably many posts on the topic but I'm wondering how the coyote hunting is at Willow Slough?
I'd like to do day and night hunting.

Not sure, but I sure am interested. I've been itching to go coyote hunting there for awhile. Just not sure how to get started...

Never tried, but if you get a chance, there are a bunch in the tnc grounds (north of state road 14 and managed by the slough for hunting). Was seeing them almost daily for a while.

I'm hoping to try it out soon. I have a e-caller, scope mounted light, and an ar-15. Just need a scope and maybe a bipod.

going to get my scope mounted on my ar today and I believe that Santa is bringing me a scope mounted green/red light. Already have a e-caller but never had any luck with it. Planning on being at the range Thursday to sight in my AR. Have seen several yotes this hunting season so I figured I would try to clean a few out this year. Planning on going in Jan & Feb. Even think that santa is bringing me some winter camo as well.

I have a Nikon Prostaff BDC 3-9x40. Not the best but it was free and unused. Got it without the box. Is this a decent scope for an AR?
