    Since there are no factory front swivels for this popular old shotgun , I was curious if there was demand for a front swivel , as the few that were made are like finding hen's teeth. I just made one for mine that had the factory rear swivel . I made it as a QD , so take down capability is retained . It replaces the mag tube band screw so it can be placed on either side.

    Great work.
    It's just tough to get over the hump of screwing the rear swivel stud into the stock for such a collectible gun as the model 12.

    It already had a polished military fixed swivel on the stock . I wanted to be able to use a sling since the rear factory style swivel was present.

    I know this is an old thread but how did you manage to make the sling mount screw fit where the barrel band screw was?
