1.) Can you convert the rifle to have a removable magazine instead of the internal magazine?

Yes.

First company that comes to mind is:

2.) is it hard to change stocks on the rifle?

Either two or three screws to take it off, depending on what metal you've got on it now, two to put it back on with the CDI bottom metal above.

You'll need a bit of machine work on the stock unless it is specifically ordered for your intended DBM before the bedding begins.

3.) where is a good place to buy a new stock?

Custom rifles, fiberglass stocks, military and police training, tactical and competition gear, hunting accessories
